* Boarding only fee, no training: $300/month, payed at the beginning of each month, plus $75 deposit. You supply feed; I feed & clean stalls daily, & turn-out for daily exercise in round pen.

I must be paid in cash, in advance, at the beginning of each 30 day period, regardless if it falls on the first of the month or not. And, if horses are not picked up on specified day, owners will be charged for an extra month of boarding -without training ($300).
No exceptions.

RIDING LESSONS
If you can bring your own horse, on a regular schedule, I may also be available to give riding lessons occasionally. Currently, I'm giving riding lessons twice a week, on Tuesday & Thursday mornings. The cost is $25/hour.

I don't have time, nor the inclination, to quibble over money; therefore, a price set is a price set. I am supporting 5 kids, horses, chickens, fish, & rabbits alone... & the first two are not cheap!! I am not lazy, dishonest, or abusive (as many so-called "horse trainers" in this area reportedly are); so you can throw your money away elsewhere, or pay for quality here - that choice is yours.
Think about the point I made on the first page of this site: If you have a lifetime of good experience with young horses, a couple month's foundation training should be adequate for you... If not, three months training is a much wiser choice. I have had horses returned because owners didn't listen to me, or, simply weren't the cowboy they thought they were! I don't like un-doing what someone else has done - especially after I've gotten a horse started well. If that sounds harsh, just consider my perspective. And, remember, I communicate well with horses because I like them. However, I don't communicate well with people.
(Life is about choices, make yours wisely!)

IT IS IN YOUR BEST INTEREST TO PAY YOUR BILLS ON TIME, WITHOUT MY HAVING TO REMIND YOU; OTHERWISE, I MAY NEVER TOUCH ONE OF YOUR HORSES AGAIN. THIS HAS BEEN A VERY COMMON PROBLEM, AND I HAVE GROWN INCREDIBLY TIRED OF DEALING WITH IT!

(The more I learn about people, the more I like horses!)

Click here for our contract. I don't have a computer of my own, so hope that you can print the contract out yourself & bring it with you. In this way, I can be assured that you have had the opportunity to see the information I posted here before bringing your horse(s) to us. Thank you.
